Enjoy a day of movement, breathwork, relaxation & meditation to welcome in the Spring.

Liz Waddington will lead you in the practice of Dru Yoga to

*help you maintain a healthy mind & body

*restore balance & harmony back into your life

*bring you into a state of optimum wellbeing.

Accessible to all – beginners & seasoned yogis alike.

Included is a day of tuition, a delicious two-course lunch, plus welcome and end of day refreshments.

Please wear comfortable/loose clothing and bring a mat and water bottle; cushions and blankets will help you settle into deep relaxation.  If weather permits, we may use the lawn for a short time – please bring a towel in case of dewfall!
