Health & Wellbeing through Dru Yoga

A morning of movement, breathwork, relaxation and meditation.

Experienced teacher, Liz Waddington, will lead you in the practice of Dru Yoga to

*help maintain a healthy mind and body

*restore balance & harmony back into your life

*bring you into a state of optimum wellbeing

Accessible to all levels of ability.

Included is a day of tuition and a delicious two-course lunch.
