Gustav Guttierez calls Luke's Gospel the Gospel of the outsider.The whole subversiveness of Luke’s Gospel is that Luke will have Jesus situated with everyone who doesn’t fit in to the systems of the day. It’s with those people that Jesus sits down and shares food in Luke’s Gospel. This retreat will explore Luke's Gospel and the challenges it give to us as individuals and as Church.
